We only coach people that really want to Grow
Let’s be upfront: our coaching is not for everyone.
We don’t offer “a few conversations to see what happens.” This isn’t a motivational pep talk or a light leadership tune-up. What we offer is real transformation—and that only works if you’re willing to do the real work.
We only work with people who are ready to commit time, energy, and focus to their own development.
That doesn’t mean you have to be cheerful or confident. You might be in a tough spot. You might be doubting yourself. That’s okay—as long as you want change badly enough to show up fully for it.
🎯 Motivation Is Not About Feeling Good
When we say we work with “motivated people,” we’re not talking about enthusiasm or optimism. We’re talking about willingness—to take ownership, to dive deep, and to be uncomfortable at times. That’s what growth requires.
What we don’t do is coaching for people who just want to “try it out,” check a box, or squeeze in a quick fix between meetings. If that’s where you are right now, that’s perfectly okay—but then this coaching isn’t for you.
⏳ You’ll Be Working on This Every Day
Our coaching process lasts about two months, and it’s not passive. You’ll be reflecting, experimenting, making new choices—and yes, showing up every day in a new way.
This takes time. It takes commitment. But the progress you’ll make when you lean in fully? That’s the part that changes everything.
🤔 Doubt vs. Disinterest
There’s a big difference between someone who doubts their ability and someone who underestimates the process.
We love working with people who are unsure of themselves but deeply want to grow. If you’re thinking, “I don’t know if I have what it takes, but I’m willing to give it everything,”—you’re in the right place.
But if you’re thinking, “Let’s see what I can get out of this without putting in too much,”—we’re not the right fit.
This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being serious.
🚪 Why We Set This Boundary
We’ve seen what happens when someone truly commits to this work. They change—on a deep level. Their leadership changes. Their decisions change. Their relationships change.
But we’ve also seen what happens when someone isn’t really in it. The results don’t come, the energy drops, and it becomes frustrating for everyone involved.
So we draw a clear line—not to push people away, but to protect the depth and quality of the work. We only take on coaching clients who are truly ready to work.
